DOWNLOADS & PRODUCTS
When you download a product from this platform, the following occurs automatically:
- Your IP address is collected and immediately anonymised — the last octet (IPv4) or last 64 bits (IPv6) are stripped before storage. The raw IP address is never written to our database.
- A download event record is created containing: the product identifier, the anonymised IP, and the date and time of the download.
- The product download counter is incremented. This aggregate count is displayed publicly on the products page.
A LICENSE.pdf is automatically bundled into every product ZIP at the time of download. This PDF contains the MexTech Products Use License and identifies MexTech Limited as the originating party. It is generated on-demand and does not contain any of your personal information.
We do not require account registration, email submission, or any personal information to download products. Downloads are fully anonymous beyond the anonymised IP log described above.
HOW WE USE IT
Information collected is used solely to operate and improve this website, manage the products platform, and communicate with you when you reach out. Specifically:
- To respond to enquiries and project requests submitted via the contact form
- To track aggregate download counts per product for display purposes
- To understand how visitors interact with the site so we can improve it
- To detect and prevent spam, abuse, or excessive automated download activity

All products distributed through this platform are governed by the MexTech Products Use License. A copy of this license is bundled as a PDF inside every product download. The key terms are as follows:
- Products are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use.
- You may use, modify, and distribute any product freely, provided this license notice is retained in all copies.
- Redistribution for sale, or inclusion as part of a paid product bundle, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from MexTech Limited.
